Magic Santa AI, operating under the brand Babagjyshi Magjik, provides personalized, AI-generated video messages featuring Magic Santa for children in Albania.

2. Service description

The service includes creating a short personalized video (typically 60–90 seconds) that uses details you provide (child's name, age, gift wish, hobbies, and any special notes). Videos are generated using AI; our team may review and quality-check the final output, but no live human performance is included in the delivered video.

3. Ordering and communication

Orders are initiated through our form and completed via WhatsApp. We use WhatsApp to confirm details and provide delivery updates. Payment is handled through a secure external checkout provider.

4. Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver each video within 24–48 hours after payment. During peak periods delivery may take longer; we will communicate any expected delays.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete personalization details.
• Ensure the content you request is family-friendly and appropriate for children.
• Obtain consent from a parent/guardian if you are submitting information about a child who is not yours.

6. Pricing and changes

Prices are listed in Albanian Lek (ALL). We may adjust prices or service details at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid.

7. Intellectual property

All branding, visuals, and produced videos remain the property of Babagjyshi Magjik. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and share the delivered video for personal use.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase, in line with Paddle's refund policy.

9. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
